Cousins are so much fun!

Caeli and Korissa reading stories to each other. They had a lot of fun playing and keeping a close eye on their little brothers.

Cohen and Joseph got to play the other day while we were in Richfield. Joseph is Cam's sister Heidi's little man, our due dates were about 2 weeks apart, so Cohen is technically a few months older. After spending time with Joseph I am happy to see that Cohen is right on track for the age that he should have been. They do basically the same things which is what the doctors told us to expect. They told us that by the time he is 3 years old that he will catch up to his birth age physically. I am so glad that my kids are lucky enough to have cousins their age. It will make family functions a lot of fun. Just as I grabbed the camera to take this picture the boys were each sucking on the others' fist. it was really cute I wish I could have got a picture of it.

Hard days work

The guys have been trying to get Mom and Dad's kitchen put together. This picture was at about 10 PM after two hard days work and they were exhausted. That is the bar that they are leaning on and the front of it gives you a pretty good idea of how things are going to look and they are going to look really great.
I like the smile on Mom's face. I don't know how she has been without a kitchen for so long but hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Rocking out!

Cam is getting a head start on teaching Cohen the guitar. Cohen wasn't overly excited about it, when it played music he jumped a little. We got a kick out of it though. Caeli did too. Yes, we are hard up for entertainment around here.

I am that mom

I remember being about 10 and being so mad at my mom for taking pictures of us in the tub. You know, it is just so cute though! naked chub rolls are the best. Caeli doesn't like Cohen to get in the tub with her bacause she is worried that he will pee in the tub and she tells him that is "too disgusting for big girls". I am glad that she feels that way. So here I am doing one of the things that I said as a 10 year old girl that I would never do to my kids.

Someone Talk me out of it!!!

Last Friday was girls night. We had a really fun party with about 12 of us at one of my friend's house. We had some AMAZING fondue and just a really great night without screaming babies. Anyway after we ate we broke out the DDR mats. that was fun and then.. Guitar Hero. It was SOOOO much fun. it is seriousely addictive. We played until 2am! For all of you who know my opinion of video games this is a huge thing for me. I have been dying to get my hands on it again so that I can get a little better. (compared to some of them I am not very good at it) So for the first time in my entire life I am considering getting a game console. I don't care which one, just one that will have guitar hero. OK, so now for all of you that know my husband, you know what a bad idea it would be to own something that plays games on it. I would never get anything productive out of him and he likes war games, not gonna happen.... So someone please talk me out of it before I make a huge mistake and talk my cousin out of one of his PS3s

Just another cute picture.

Cohen is growing and Changing so fast I just wanted to post another fun picture of the kids. My Grandma made caeli that hat and she had lost it for a while. (she wore it all summer) It was like finding a long lost buddy. Cohen is getting stronger and stronger he sat like this for a while before he started to lean to the side. The days of laying him in a spot and having him stay there are over. he'll roll one direction but mostly he kicks hard with his feet and scoots around in circles (while on his back) I have been happy to have in be in the newborn stage for a while, that always goes by too fast, but I have to admit I am ready to have him start doing things.
