busy week.

Just doing a little catching up... We had a great 4th of July. We were able to go home for an extended weekend and it was great. I get homesick!! It was so fun to be able to see family. We started the weekend up at Fish Lake for Cameron's 10 year class reunion. That was great to see friends we don't see near enough, and do some catching up. However, Fish Lake is always great no matter what you are doing. I always love to be able to see Grandma Mackay. I am learning that I am a very sentimental person. Every minute I get to spend with her feels like a treasure. This is my great grandma. That makes her my kids Great-great Grandma. I feel really blessed to have my kids get to know her. Not a lot of kids can say they know their grandma 5 generations back. Plus she has a great sense of humor and always makes me laugh.
A little out of order but this is on Caeli's first day of swimming lessons. I was so excited to take her. I had the best memories of swimming lessons growing up. It was a big event for us as kids. It's silly I know, but it was cute. She was excited as well. :)
Tonight after Cohen went to bed I came out from the bathroom to find Caeli reading to her sister. I thought it was soooo cute. I snuck up and got the picture and then asked her what she was reading her. She replied that her baby will need to know about princesses.
Caeli rode her little forewheeler in the big ol' Koosharem 4th of July Parade this year. It behaved much better than the pony did last year :) She loved it.
Cameron was more excited than anything to play fireman again. He took Cohen and rode on the firetruck in the parade. Cohen waved really cute and even got to turn on the siren. He didn't really care that much about it and Cam said he just asked for Caeli the whole time. But he looked cute on it!
